I am a Trained Instructor thru
the NRA and State Certified to teach the Concealed Handgun Permit
classes, Concealed Carry Permit, and CCW Conceal Carry Weapon which is all
the same class but are known by different names. My classes meet the
requirements for both the states of TN and VA so residents of those states
can come to my class to get their diplomas.

North Carolina classes are 8
hours and then range time - so usually 9 1/2 to 10 hours and therefore
usually about $100. The Fees are cheaper then those in Tennessee and
Virginia DMV. 
So many people have told me they could not
get their permit because they worked on Saturdays and that was the only time
the class was taught, I decided to teach an evening class. This has worked
out very well with the required 4 hour class time held on one evening and
range time a different day. Instead of booking 50 or more students, I do classes of 12 or less.
Each student should have time to ask questions or clarify what the law says.
This is life and death
and everyone should understand the responsibilities of carrying a handgun.
Basic classes started for women but so many hard working men couldn't get
free time on Saturday to
take the other classes, now I teach them, too!

Our mission is to teach anyone to protect themselves and to legally arm

Classes are held during the week on the 2nd Tuesday night and the 4th
Tuesday night of the month. The 3rd Saturday of the month is the other
regularly scheduled class. On Tuesdays you only come one night from 5 to 9
then we schedule a date a time to go to the range.
On Saturdays you come at 8:30 am and after the
classroom we go to the range.

''Ladies
Shoot Out'' - For ladies
only!!! Come out to the range and practice for an hour or so and then we
have a contest to see who is the best shot.
There will be prizes for the best shooter!It's been a great way for women to
see what other handguns ladies shoot.
It is hard for a woman to find a safe place
to practice her shooting skills. Therefore, we have had a couple of
different Ladies' Shoot Out evenings for Ladies Only to come to the range
and practice, meet other shooters, and compete for prizes if they wish.
Now I have approval to have a monthly night at the range for Ladies Only to
come and shoot. No gimmicks, no fees, no men. Just us. Safe environment,
safety first, shooting your handgun often is very important- especially if
you need it for personal protection.
